066 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 13, 1987 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to orde <br />at 7:13 P.M. by Mayor Benson. Members present: Bisel, Bohjanen, <br />Reinert. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; <br />Building Inspector, Pete Kluegel; Public Works Director, Don Volk and <br />Clerk - Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. City <br />Administrator, Randy Schumacher was ill and did not attend. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Work Session. March 23. 1987 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these <br />minutes as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Regular Council. March 23. 1987 - Mr. Reinert moved to approve these <br />minutes as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />March 31, 1987 Disbursements - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these <br />Disbursements as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />April 13. 1987 Disbursements - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />Disbursements as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Mayor <br />Benson asked when Knollton Kennels will begin animal control service <br />< <br />Mrs. Anderson explained that insurance certificates have not yet bee . <br />received and the contract has not been completed. Voting on the <br />motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Senator Dahl was not available this evening and there was no one else <br />to appear under Open Mike. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING REPORT - PETE KLUEGEL <br />A. Arbor Lake Plat - Resolution No. 17 - 87 - Mr. Kluegel explained <br />that Mr. Bob Adamson, representing the landowner, John Blomquist has <br />presented a revised plat of this area and has renamed the plat Otter <br />Bay. There are fourteen single family lots in the new plat as <br />compared to fifteen lots in the old plat. Mr. Kluegel noted that the <br />park dedication was satisfied when the old plat was recorded. A <br />permit has been requested from Rice Creek Watershed District. Mr. <br />Volk has recommended that the cul -de -sac be an island cul -de -sac to be <br />maintained by the homeowners association. Soil tests and elevations <br />PAGE 1 <br />
