1 1 1 071 COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 13, 1987 RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 87, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 15 - 87 contigent upon receipt of a letter of credit to cover the costs of plans and specifications. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Anderson read this Resolution. CITY OF LINO LAKES Resolution No. 15 - 87 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 9th day of February, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the following described improvement: Installation of municipal water, sanitary sewer, streets, curbs, gutters and storm sewers on property described as follows: the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 31, Range 22 and the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 31, Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of March, 1987 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. AND WHEREAS, the petitioner for the improvement has again petitioned that fifty (50) of the sixty (60) days waiting period re- quired in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, be reduced to ten (10) days. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO . LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 9th day of February, 1987. 2. Mr. Ron Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. PAGE 6
