The was a question regarding billing <br />the oak wilt treatments back to the landowner. Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that this is a common practice. Voting on the motion, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 27, 1987 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 7:12 P.M. by Mayor Benson. Members present: Marier, Bisel, <br />Bohjanen, Reinert. Members absent: none. City Attorney, Bill <br />Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Public Works Director, Don Volk; <br />Building Inspector, Pete Kluegel; Chief of Police, Dean Campbell and <br />Clerk - Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Work Session, April 13. 1987 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried with Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />Regular Council, April 13, 1987 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />minutes. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Mr. Stahlberg explained <br />that the minutes on page ten and eleven refer to Mr. Tews' crossing <br />and using concrete pipe for the crossing. The crossing will be <br />constructed using concrete plank from Molin Concrete. Mrs. Anderson <br />will correct the minutes. Voting on the motion, motion carried with <br />Mr. Marier abstaining. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS - APRIL 27, 1987 <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />STATUS REPORT FROM CENTENNIAL FIRE COMMISSION - NEAL BENJAMIN <br />Mr. Benjamin was unable to be at the meeting tonight and asked that he <br />be scheduled for the next Council meeting to update the Council on the <br />Fire District. <br />Ratification of Edward F. LaTuff as Chairman - Mr. Marier moved to <br />ratify Mr. LaTuff. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion.
