114 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MAY 11, 1987 <br />two weeks prior to the hearing, and she shall state in the <br />notice the total cost of the improvement. She shall also <br />cause notice to be given to the owner of each parcel des- <br />cribed in the re- assessment roll not less than two weeks <br />prior to the hearings. <br />3. The owner of any property so re- assessed may, at any time <br />prior to certification of the re- assessment to the county <br />auditor, pay the whole of the re- assessment on such pro- <br />perty, with interest accrued to the date of the payment, <br />to the City Clerk except that no interest shall be charged <br />if the entire re- assessment is paid within 30 days from <br />the adoption of the re- assessment. He may at any time <br />thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the <br />re- assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to <br />December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. <br />Such payment must be made before October 10th or interest <br />will be charged through December 31st of the succeeding <br />year. <br />Adopted by the Council this e <br />Benj in G. Benson, Mayor <br />Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update - Mr. Stahlberg said that the plan <br />is at Metropolitan Council and all Metro staff have completed their <br />comments. There appears to be a problem with the area that goes into <br />the Shoreview sewer system. Mr. Stahlberg has prepared a summary for <br />Met Council and will be meeting with them. <br />Mr. Stahlberg told the Council he has plans and specifications <br />completed for Reshanau Lake Estates South and D. Erickson's 2nd <br />Addition. An easement will be needed over the property to the west of <br />the Reshanau Lake Estates South plat and there may be a dispute <br />regarding the west bounday on the D. Erickson plat. These matters <br />will be watched by Mr. Stahlberg. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 9:42 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion.
