This letter serves as notice under Minnesota Statutes <br />429.061 and 429.071 and is intended to preserve the rights of Ulmer <br />Construction, Inc. to appeal to the Anoka County District Court. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, FINAL READING OF EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 10 - 87 <br />_RESTRICTING POLE TYPE CONSTRUCTION ON COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL <br />PROPERTY IN LINO LAKES <br />Mayor Benson opened the hearing at 8:34 P.M. Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that this proposed emergency ordinance extends the moratorium on pole <br />type construction in commercial and industrial areas of Lino Lakes for <br />another sixty days so that the Economic Development Committee can <br />finish its work on a new ordinance and forward their recommendations <br />to the Council. There were no comments from the audience. Mr. Marier <br />moved to close the public hearing at 8:36 P.M. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt emergency Ordinance No. 10 - 87 and dispense <br />with the reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion.
