143 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 8, 1987 <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE <br />RESTRICTING THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR POLE TYPE CONSTRUCT- <br />ION WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA AND EXTENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 12 - 86 FOR ANOTHER SIXTY DAYS <br />I. <br />The Council of the City of Lino Lakes has authorized the Planning and <br />Zoning Board to study the current regulations governing the construct- <br />ion of pole type buildings in the Neighborhood Business, Limited <br />Business, General Business, Light Industrial and General Industrial <br />Districts of Lino Lakes. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />II. <br />A moratorium of sixty (60) days in length shall be placed on these <br />districts beginning June 8, 1987, to allow the Planning and Zoning <br />Board to complete the study and present their recommendatiions to the <br />Council for their action. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective June 8, 1987, and will be published <br />IIIas required by City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this eighth day of <br />June, 1987. <br />Mariltyn C3. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />CONSIDERATION OF A FINAL PLAT FOR SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES - PETE <br />KLUEGEL <br />Mr. Kluegel explained that the Council has passed the preliminary plat <br />for South Reshanau Lake Estates. The final plat has been prepared and <br />the City Engineer, Planner and Attorney have reviewed the plat and <br />have presented their comments. The Park Board has recommended that <br />the Council accept land as the Park requirement for this plat. There <br />was no one in the audience to speak for or against the plat.
