134 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 8, 1987 <br />Voting of the original motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />PARK BOARD REPORT - RANDY SCHUMACHER <br />BMX Track Insurance - Mr. Schumacher explained that the Lions Club has <br />authorized use of Lino Park for a BMX track with one stipulation <br />regarding insurance. An insurance certificate has been presented and <br />was forwarded to the City insurance agent, Bob Kelly for his review. <br />Mr. Kelly found that the insurance company was not licensed in <br />Minnesota and not listed in the Best Insurance Guide. Mr. Kelly has <br />asked for documentation that this is a legitimate insurance company. <br />Mr. Schumacher recommended that this City stand firm and not allow the <br />track to be operated until the insurance issue has been resolved. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to support the Administrators position and he should <br />continue to work with the BMX Track people to obtain insurance that <br />has the approval of the City Insurance Agency. Mr. Marier seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ANNUAL REVIEW OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS - PETE KLUEGEL <br />A list of Conditional Use Permits has been submitted to the Council <br />for their review. This list was also submitted to the Chief of <br />Police, Public Works Director and City Clerk for their review and <br />comments. <br />Item No. 2 is a Kennel License for Orrin Clover, 7973 - 20th Avenue. <br />Mr. Clover has indicated that he not longer is in need of this License <br />and has asked that it be cancelled. <br />Item No. 3 is a Kennel License for Ken Wegleitner, 7801 - 24th Avenue. <br />Mr. Wegleitner has indicated that he no longer is in need of this <br />License and has asked that it be cancelled. <br />Item No. 32 is a Conditional Use Permit for a 60' CB antenna at 8000 <br />West Rondeau Lake Drive. The previous owner of this property has moved <br />and has taken the antenna with him. The Conditional Use Permit is no <br />longer need. <br />Mr. Marier moved to cancel Conditional Use Permits for Items #2, #3 <br />and #32. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion.
