170 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 13, 1987 <br />year and he feels attention should be given to this matter to <br />eliminate future drainage problems within that area. <br />GAUGHN COMPANY - DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - Mr. Schumacher said <br />that he has received correspondence from the Gaughan Company <br />requesting an exclusive negotiating agreement with the City <br />of Lino Lakes with regard to creating a mixed use development <br />on the property at 35W and Lake Drive. Presently the land is <br />privately owned. Mr. Hawkins said that he has not reviewed the <br />proposed exclusive negotiation agreement but is quite familiar <br />with the Gaughn Company and feels they are a reputable firm. <br />Mr. Reinert suggested that Mr. Hawkins review the agreement and <br />submit his recommendation for the next Council agenda when the <br />entire Council can take action. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 P.M. Mr. <br />Marier seconded the motion which carried unanmously. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at a regular council <br />meeting on July 27, 1987. <br />MAR LYN G.
