Erickson Second Addition <br />at after all necessary paperwork is in order. <br />Mr. Hawkins said that the City must take on the entire obligation <br />for the entire project in awarding the bid, and should the D. <br />Erickson project not be in order, the City would be obligated <br />to the contractor. He also stated that although the Erickson <br />plat needs several documents, the South Reshanau plat also still <br />needs the developer's agreement and letter of credit. <br />Mr. Mark Fitzgerald, from the audience, said that he is represent- <br />ing D. Erickson and Mr. Hawkins told him that D. Erickson needs to <br />submit an abstract, developer's agreement and letter of credit and <br />that D. Erickson has received notice of these requirements. <br />Mr. Reinert and Mr. Marier stated that earlier in this project, <br />D. Erickson presented his plat stating that this was a matter of <br />expediency, and now it is D. Erickson who is holding up the City' <br />in getting the joint project going. Mr. Stahlberg said that some <br />responsibility for the slow progress lies with his organization. <br />MOTION: Mr. Marier moved to table awarding the bid for the <br />South Reshanau Lake Estates and D. Erickson 2nd Addition project <br />til both developers have the proper documents in order. Mr. <br />hjanen seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br />Councilmembers present stated they would be willing to call a <br />special meeting if necessary when all documentation was in order. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />NON - CONFORMING USE OF DOMNING PROPERTY ON BIRCH STREET- Mr. <br />Schumacher reminded the Board that Mrs. Domning appeared before <br />the Council at a recent meeting explaining that she is unable <br />to obtain a mortgage in her property due to its non- conforming <br />use status. The City Planner was directed to write a letter <br />of explanation to the mortgage company. The Council reviewed <br />the letter and approved forwarding the letter to Hugo State <br />Bank with regard to the Domning property. <br />WILLIAMS PIPELINE -- Mr. Schumacher informed the Council that. • <br />Williams Pipeline will be appearing before the Council in the <br />near future with regard to clearing the trees from the pipeline <br />right -of -way which runs through Lino Lakes. <br />PELTIER VIEW HOLDING POND - Mr. Marier voiced a concern that <br />the holding pond on the Peltier View plat appears to be quite <br />11, even with the small amount of rainfall experienced this <br />GE 7 <br />
