1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />183 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 27, 1987 <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(100) Outdoor Storage /Storage Yards -- An outside <br />area where equipment or material relating to <br />the principal use of a parcel of land is <br />stored. The stored items are not for sale or <br />display but are used in the everyday operat- <br />ion of the principal use. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force dnd effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 27 <br />v of July , 1987. <br />Benjaryt"n G Benson, Mayor <br />Anderson, Clerk -- Treasurer <br />First Reading, Ordinance No. 16 - 87, Conditional Uses, General <br />Industrial District -- Mr. Kluegel explained that the Light Industrial <br />District already allows this Conditional Use and since the General <br />Industrial District is a heavier use district, Mr. Miller suggested <br />that the Ordinance should be updated to include this conditional use. <br />Mr. Reinert. asked Mr. Miller if this was a common conditional use for <br />this district. Mr. Miller said more so than the Light Industrial <br />District. Mr. Reinert moved to approve this first reading of <br />Ordinance No. 16 -- 87 and dispense with the reading.
