184 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 27, 1987 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE 0 <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY MAKING OUTSIDE STORAGE A CONDITIONAL USE <br />THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />AMENDMENT; <br />Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision (17) "GI" General <br />Industrial District. Paragraph (8) Conditional Uses <br />add (V): <br />Open storage of materials and equipment when fenced and <br />screened and relating to the principal use. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />, of . 1987. <br />nailyn . Continuation of Public Hearing,- Hanson Block 'Company - <br />Mayor Benson noted that this is a continuation of the hearing held on <br />July 13, 1987. Testimony was received from the audience. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked Mr. Hanson's representative, Mr. Obernolte how much <br />dust would be created by Mr. Hanson's block factory.
