He may at any time thereafter, pay to <br />the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remain- <br />ing unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31, of the <br />year in which such payment is made. Motion carried <br />animously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR MUNICIPAL WATER AND <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTS ON ASH STREET <br />(EXTENSION OF SHOREVIEW UTILITIES) <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment <br />of the cost of the extension of municipal water and sanitary <br />sewer for certain residents on Ash Street as described in <br />Resolution No. 39 - 87, <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed ass- <br />essment has been completed and filed in her office for <br />public inspection, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />IIIA hearing shall be held on the twenty first day of September, <br />GE 13 <br />223 <br />
