226 <br />COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 24, 1987 ' <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board and deny the request <br />for vacation of Allen Court. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Consideration of Minor Subdivision, Donlin - Mr. Kluegel explained <br />that this proposed subdivision meets the requirements of the district <br />in that there is proper front footage and acreage. The property is <br />owned by Mr. Art Hawkins at 6102 Centerville Road and he plans to sell <br />it to his daughter so that she may build a new home. <br />Mr. Bisel moved the adoption of P & Z item No. 87 - 22 approving the <br />subdivision of the parcel. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Roland Ford Update - Mr. Kluegel noted that a court date of September <br />25, 1987 has been set for Mr. Ford. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Resolution No. 44 - 87, Accepting Bidsfor Deer Pass Trail. - Mr. <br />Stahlberg explained that bids had been received for the proposed <br />improvement. He is recommending acceptance of the low bid from <br />Bituminous Consulting & Constracting. Mr. Marier moved to approve <br />Resolution No. 44 - 87 accepting the low bid from Bituminous <br />Consulting & Constracting of $10,507.00. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion.
