1 <br />050 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 10, 1986 <br />10. Portable Sign- A sign designed to be movable from one loc- <br />ation to another. Portable signs shall be used a maximum <br />of four (4) times a year for a total of fifteen (15) days <br />per time. Portable signs shall be limited to special events <br />or promotion. A fee may be charged that will reflect the <br />cost of administration of this sign not to exceed ten doll- <br />ars ($10.00). <br />Article Three. Section IV of Appendix C to the Lino lakes City <br />Code is amended to add the following section: <br />BB. All business signs shall be professionally constructed <br />and installed. <br />Article Four. Any present provision of Appendix C of the Lino <br />Lakes 'City Code which is inconsistent with the amendments cont- <br />ained in this Ordinance shall be superceded during the duration <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Article Five. Effective Date and Expiration Date. This Ordinance <br />shall be effective from and after passage and publication as re- <br />quired by Lino Lakes City Charter and the terms hereof shall ex- <br />pire six (6) months from the effective date hereof. <br />Passed this 10 day of November , 1986 by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council. <br />ATTEST: <br />Benjam n . BUILDING STANDARDS <br />Ordinance #05 -86 was introduced on July 28, 1986, after being <br />reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board and prepared by the <br />City Planner. At that time, the Council requested further <br />review by the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Kluegel has <br />since obtained additional information from surrounding com- <br />munities and the City Planner and the Planning and Zoning <br />Board has requested that this proposed ordinance be included <br />as a topic at the upcoming Strategic Planning meeting.
