COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 10, 1986 <br />B. SET A DATE FOR THE STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP - Mr. <br />Hawkins said he would check to see that the Council would not <br />violate the Open Meeting Law by holding this planning session <br />outside of the City limits. <br />After discussion regarding locations and dates, Mr. Marier <br />moved to set the Strategic Planning workshop for December 5th <br />and 6th to allow the City Administrator to secure accommoda- <br />tions nereby at possibly the White Bear Country Inn or the <br />Holiday Inn at 694 and White Bear Avenue and have Mr. Hawkins <br />research the open meeting. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Reinert noted he has been called for jury duty and may <br />miss part of the meeting on December 5th. <br />Voting on the motion; motion carried unanimously. <br />C. POLICE REPORT - Mr. Bisel commented that he was pleased <br />to read the letters of commendation included in the report. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 8:00 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Aye. <br />These minutes were considered and approved on November 24,1986 <br />at a regular counsil meeting. <br />AIILYN G.
