Mr. Stahlberg said probably the same as used in the Uhde sub- <br />division. Mayor Benson said the Council will probably direct the <br />City Engineer to require the wier system to be much more rigid than <br />present standards. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked Mr. Stahlberg if he were satisfied with the <br />soil borings and grading plan. Mr. Stahlberg said he has questions <br />and needs a final grading plan but this will be resolved. <br />Elwin LaMotte - 6497 - 12th Avenue explained he has a barbed wire <br />hot fence on the eastern border of this plat. He suggested the <br />developer should install chain link fence to protect the residents. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 11:46 P.M. Mr. Boh- <br />janen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the application for a rezone #86 -43 con- <br />tingent upon the Comprehensive Land Use Plan amendments being ap- <br />proved by Metro Council and approve the first reading of Ordinance <br />Number 02 -87. Mr. Marier seconded the motion.
