This Ordinance establishes
the Central Business District and addresses parking areas near street
right -of -ways and compact parking.
Mr. Reinert asked why pass this ordinance just for the Ross' Liquor
Site Corner situation? He felt a variance would take care of the
matter. Mr. Schumacher said a variance would set a precidence and
the Planning and Zoning Board said this situation did not meet the
criteria outlined in the City Code.
Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance #17 -86
and dispense with the reading. Mr. Marier seconded the motion.
