In the CB district, no building or <br />land shall be used, and nob�erednunless shall <br />otherwiseerected, <br />converted or structurally a <br />provided herein, except for one or more of the follow- <br />ing uses. Also, all appropriate regulations and stan- <br />dards in Section 5 Subd. 4 (Site and Building Plan <br />Review) and Subd. 6 (Certificate of Occupancy) must <br />be satisfied. <br />(A) Retail shops 'and stores <br />(B) Business and professional offices <br />(C) Retail sales and services to include grocery, <br />drugs, hardware, appliances, furniture, office <br />supplies <br />(D) Restaurants, cafes <br />(E) Personal services, beauty and barber shop, clothes <br />cleaning, dress maker, etc. <br />(F) Small appliance repair <br />(G) Liquor,-off -sale and on -sale <br />(H) Financial institutions <br />(I) Indoor amunsement and recreation centers <br />(8) Conditional Uses. The uses pursuant to Conditional <br />Use Permit granted by the City Council on applicat- <br />ion and hearing as provided in Section 5, Subd. 5, <br />and all appropriate regulations and standards in <br />Section 5, Subd. 4 (Site and Building Plan Review) <br />and in Subd. 6 (Certificate of Occupancy) must be <br />satisfied. <br />II_ <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 8, Subdivision 2D, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: "No off - street park- <br />ing space within five feet of any street right- <br />of-way." <br />1 <br />1 <br />
