The building itself will be <br />14,000 square feet in size and there will be parking for fifty- <br />seven vehicles. A landscaping plan and screening plan are included. <br />have <br />Mr. Kluegel noted that Anoka has ofdtwenty- <br />commented that the access to <br />four feet. Mr. Bisel seconded Planning and Zoning1Board ?skAfter <br />if this action would alienate <br />further discussion Mr. Bohjanen withdrew his motion and Mr. Bisel <br />withdrew his second. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to send the plan back to the Planning and Zoning987 <br />Board for final approval and return to the Council January 26, <br />for Council final approval.
