Mr. Reinert seconded the motion.
Mr. Reinert asked that a correction be made to the sixth
paragraph, page eleven. He asked that this sentence be added:
"Mr. Reinert objected to phase I and phase II being considered
in one motion especially when it was already stated that
the Council would not deal with phase II until Mr. Uhde requested
preliminary plat approval for that phase. He felt this matter
was being handled wrong."
Voting on the motion; motion approved on the corrected minutes.
CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS - JANUARY 26, 1987
Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the disbursements as presented.
Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
OPEN MIKE
A. Ron Conway, 6280 Red Maple Lane - Mr. Conway was not
in the audience at this time, but did address the Council
later in the meeting.
B. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Cadotti, 7615 Jeanne Drive - Mr. Cadotti
explained that he had obtained a building permit for a 792
square foot detached garage. However, when his contractor
installed the footings, he prepared for a 960squarefoot
garage since this was the size that he had originally proposed
to build. He has started construction on the garage and
Mr. Kluegel has placed a stop order on the garage because
it is larger than provided for in the City Code. He asked
the Council what he could do to finish construction on his
garage. He felt this was a misunderstanding between himself
and his contractor and was not purposely done to violate
the City Code.
098
