COUNCIL MEETING February 9, 1987 Page Seven 3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the 9th day of March, 1987 in the Council Chambers at the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the official newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this resolu- tion shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the hearing. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer Benjami G. : s. n, Mayor CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 04 -87 AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON ELEVATED TANK AND WATER MAIN SYSTEM TO SERVE RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES AND D. ERICKSON PLAT AND ADJACENT AREAS Mr. Schumacher stated that he and Mr. Stahlberg had a lengthy meeting recently with regard to how to assess this and other improvement projects. They reviewed the policy used by the City of Andover and how it would pertain to the City of Lino Lakes. The Council asked for a report on this meeting. MOTION: Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution 04 -87 (Authorizing Feasibility Report on Elevated Tank and Water Main System to Serve Reshanau Lake Estates and D. Erickson Plat and Adjacent Areas). Mr. Reinert seconded the motion which carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 87 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVE- MENT. WHEREAS, It is proposed to conduct the following described improve- ment; Installation of an elevated water storage tank and trunk water main for Lakes Additions, Ericksons Second Addition, South Reshanau Lake Estates and adjacent areas. And to assess the benefited property for all of or a por- tion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter;
