Mr. Prokop from the Planning and Zoning Board was <br />in the audience and expressed his concern because the ordinance does <br />not identfy an area for redevelopment. Mr. Reinert was concerned <br />because the wording may not allow the same thinking in the future. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that the ordinance could he added to the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendments and to the City Code. Mr. <br />Johnson, City Planner noted that documentation could be added to the <br />Comprehensive Plan update. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 17 - 86. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
