COUNCIL MLNUTES <br />and Zoning board. Mr. Prokop from the Planning and Zoning Board was <br />in the audience and expressed his concern because the ordinance does <br />not identfy an area for redevelopment. Mr. Reinert was concerned <br />because the wording may not allow the same thinking in the future. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that the ordinance could he added to the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendments and to the City Code. Mr. <br />Johnson, City Planner noted that documentation could be added to the <br />Comprehensive Plan update. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 17 - 86. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. <br />Anderson read trm ordinance. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 17 - 86 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING "CB" CENTRAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION TO DISTRICT PROVISIONS, SECTION 6. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />1. <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 19, Add: "CB" Central <br />Business District. <br />(1) Purpose. This zoning classification is reserved <br />to promote redevelopment projects <br />for modern retail shopping facilities of <br />integrated design in central business locations. <br />This will allow potential developers greater <br />freedom in site selection and flexibility in <br />designs for commercial development. <br />(2) District Lot and yard Requirements. <br />(A) Minimum district size: none <br />(B) Minimum lot size: none <br />(C) Minimum lot width: none <br />(D) Setbacks: <br />115 <br />
