1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />013 <br />COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 1987 <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by <br />rezoning from R -1 (Single Family Residential) to Neighborhood Business <br />(NB), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />Outlot J, Lakes Addition No. 2 <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passedrby the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this_) _ day <br />of `i , 1987 <br />Marilyn <br />. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />PUBLIC HEARING - BALDWIN LAKE COURT - ORDINANCE NO. 20 - 87 <br />Mr. Kluegel explained that this rezone request is for a lot adjacent <br />to the north line of Baldwin Lake Court. Mr. Howard, owner of the <br />court has purchased this lot and with the addition of this lot, the <br />north property line will be squared off. The Planning and Zoning <br />Board has recommended approval of this rezone. Mr. Kluegel noted that <br />he would not recommend future expansion of the court. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 20 - <br />87. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion.
