She did indicate that the <br />facility would be a distance from Lino Lakes and did not see a real <br />impact on Lino Lakes. Mayor Benson said he was concerned about the <br />type of cliental the facility would attract and also there would be an <br />impact from the traffic situation. Mr. Reinert said he did not see <br />any favorable impact for this City, only a nuisance. <br />The Council thanked Mrs. Langfeld and Ms. Harberts for their <br />attendance. <br />IMPROVEMENT HEARING, SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES, D. ERICKSON'S 2ND <br />ADDITION, TRUNK WATER IMPROVEMENTS, 4TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, NORTH <br />ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, DEER PASS TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS - RESOLUTION NO. 56 - <br />Mayor Benson opened the public hearing at 8:24 P.M. Mrs. Anderson <br />explained that the purpose of the public hearing was to comply with a <br />request from the bond attorney regarding complaince with the City <br />Code. The resolution requesting the hearing was properly published <br />and the only step necessary is for the Council to adopt Resolution No. <br />56 - 87. <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:25 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 56 - 87 and dispense with the <br />reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING ACTIONS TAKEN WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined that: <br />(a) the following assessable public improvements (the Improve- <br />ments) will be financed through the issuance and sale of the <br />City's $1,650,000 General Obligation Temporary Improvement <br />Bonds, Series 1987A, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />PAGE 4 <br />
