070 <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 5, 1987 <br />A special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Benson at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, November 5, <br />1987. Council Members present: Marier, Bisel, Bohjanen. <br />Council Member Reinert was absent. City Administrator, <br />Randy Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were <br />also present. <br />Mayor Benson explained the purpose of this special meeting <br />was to canvass the municipal election that was conducted on <br />Tuesday, November 3, 1987. <br />Mrs. Anderson gave the Council a prepared Municipal Canvass <br />Board Report. She explained that the election did run <br />smoothly although the turn out was very light, less than <br />thirty per cent (30 %).
