1 <br />1 <br />107 <br />COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 14, 1987 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Benson at 7:00 P.M., December 14, 1987. Council Members <br />present: Marier, Bisel, Bohjanen and Reinert. City Accountant, Paula <br />Romocky; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Building <br />Inspector, Pete Kluegel; Public Works Director, Don Volk; Chief of <br />Police, Dean Campbell; Planner, John Miller; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MTNUTES. <br />November 23, 1987 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes as <br />presented. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />November 30, 1987 - Mr. Reinert moved to approve these Disbursements <br />as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel asked what is Bauer Built. Mr. Volk explained that this is <br />a tire establishment formerly known as Zeigler Tire Company. <br />December 14, 1987, - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these Disbursements as <br />presented. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Mr. Bisel asked about the <br />disbursement under Utility Department. Mr. Schumacher explained that <br />this was training a new employee to prepare the utility statements. <br />Mr. Bisel asked about the Disbursement to Xerox for a maintenance <br />agreement. Mr. Schumacher explained it was for one of the typewriters <br />in the Administration office. <br />Voting on the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Frank Jusczak, 895 Birch Street - Mr. Bisel explained that Mr. Jusczak <br />is an over the road truck driver and is out of town. Mr. Bisel moved <br />to table this item and follow up with a note explaining that this is <br />tabled until he is available to come before the Council. Mr. Marier <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PLANNER'S REPORT - JOHN MILLER <br />Review and Discussion of Executive Housing - Mr. Miller explained that <br />at the previous Council meeting he was instructed to take his <br />recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Board for their review and <br />comment.
