1 <br />1 <br />H5 <br />COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 14, 1987 <br />Mayor Benson opened the public hearing at 8:56 P.M. There was no one <br />in the audience to speak for or against the proposed vacation. Mr. <br />Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:58 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to vacate a portion of Fawn Lane as indicated in the <br />drawings and approve Resolution No. 69 - 87. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF FAWN LANE, LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA; <br />WHEREAS: G. M. Development, Inc. developer of Reshanau Lake Estates <br />South has requested that a portion of Fawn Lane be vacated <br />as shown on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS: The portion of Fawn Lane indicated on the map has been re- <br />viewed by the City Engineer and City Public Works Director <br />and no adverse future problems were noted, and <br />WHEREAS: <br />posted <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />A public hearing was held on December 14, 1987 before the <br />City Council in the City Hall after duely published and <br />notice had been given by the Clerk on November 23rd and <br />November 30th and all persons interested were given an opp- <br />ortunity to be heard; and <br />It appears that it will be for the best interest of the City <br />to vacate such portion of Fawn Lane, and <br />Four - fifths of all the members of the Council concur in this <br />resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of Fawn Lane shown on <br />the attached map is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />December, 1987. <br />PAGE 9 <br />enson, Mayor <br />
