Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Mr. Stahlberg did not have a report. <br />CONSIDERANTION AND APPROVAL OF TEAMSTERS CONTRACT <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve a three year contract as outlined below. <br />Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONTRACT YEAR <br />1987 1988 1989 <br />Wages 5% 4% 4% <br />Insurance + $15 + $10 + $10 <br />Clothing Allowance $350 $400 $425 <br />Martin Luther King Holiday Implemented <br />16 Pay Periods Implemented <br />The issue of longevity was dropped by the Teamsters. <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT - BILL HAWKINS <br />Mr. Hawkins did not have a report. <br />CLERK'S REPORT - MARILYN ANDERSON <br />Mrs. Anderson explained that Mrs. Romocky had been appointed Deputy <br />Clerk by the Council for the purpose of signing disbursement checks <br />for the City. She requested that Mrs. Romocky be also appointed <br />Deputy Clerk for the purpose of signing official documents in Mrs. <br />Andersons absence. Mr. Marier moved to approve this request. Mr. <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Bisel <br />asked that Mrs. Romocky be instructed prior to starting these duties. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Tour of the City, January 9, 1988, 9:30 A.M. - Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that a bus has been chartered and all committees have been <br />notified of this tour. An agenda will be drafted and the Seniors will <br />prepare lunch. Mr. Bisel suggested having name tags prepared. Mr. <br />Hawkins will also attend this tour. <br />Buster LaTuff Plaque - Mr. Schumacher explained that the City of <br />Centerville has proposed a plaque for Mr. LaTuff rather than give him <br />PAGE 10 <br />1 <br />
