1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 25, 1988 <br />Consideration of Request to Renew Gambling License, VFW, <br />Post 6583 Ladies Auxiliary - The council did not have any <br />opposition to this request. <br />Consideration of Petition Regarding Lot Size Reduction -- <br />Mrs. Anderson explained that this petition was received at <br />the regular P & Z Board meeting. The - petition is requesting <br />the Council to consider changing Section 4, Subdivision 7, <br />items 11E and 11F of the Zoning Ordinance to have a minimum <br />lot size of three quarters of one acre and not one acre as <br />it currently is. This will allow larger tool sheds and <br />detached garages on slightly smaller lots. The Council <br />asked Mrs. Anderson to verify the signatures on the <br />petition. Mr. Miller said the P & Z Board will consider <br />this at their next meeting. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 11:25 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion.
