All business signs shall be profession- <br />ally constructed and installed. <br />Any present provision cif Appendix C of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code which is inconsistent <br />with the amendments contained in this Ord- <br />inance shall be superceded during the dur- <br />ation of this Ordinance. <br />Article Five: Effective Date and Expiration Date. Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />Lot Subdivision, Variance and Site Plan Review, Joe <br />Spetzman, 8171 Lake Drive - Mr. Miller explained that Mr. <br />Spetzman owns five plus acres, two acres zoned Light <br />Industrial (LI) and the balance is zoned Expansion <br />Residential (ER). He gave the Council background <br />information regarding the rezone action of 1985 and the site <br />and building plan approval for the cold storage pole <br />building and noted there were specific conditions placed on <br />the site and building plan approval. <br />Variance -The variance request is to allow a sixty foot set • <br />back for this pole building rather than the required <br />seventy- five foot set back. The cabinet shop is a <br />permitted use in the LI zone. <br />Lot Subdivision - This request is to divide the current five <br />plus acre lot into two lots based on the zoning. <br />7 <br />
