Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 08 - 88, Ordering Feasibility Report, Phase <br />II Erickson's 2nd Addition - Mayor Benson asked if this <br />developer should be required to complete an environment work <br />sheet. Mr. Schumacher explained that the total number of <br />homes does not exceed 100 so an EAW is not required. In <br />addition the City Council has approved the entire plat and <br />it is recorded in Anoka County. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution 08 - 88. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Reinert expressed concern regarding soil erosion in this <br />subdivision. Mr. Stahlberg said that the policies now have <br />provisions for requiring grading permits and requiring <br />seeding to control erosion.
