234 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 14, 1988 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino lakes City Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Reinert at 7:07 P.M., March <br />14, 1988. Council Members present: Bisel, Bohjanen. <br />Council Members absent: none. Mayor Benson was absent. <br />City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; <br />Building Inspector, Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Work Session, February 22, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve <br />these minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously <br />Regular Session, February 22, 1988 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to <br />approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERTION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />February 29, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />March 14, 1988 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes <br />as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERTION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS - FIRE COMMISSION <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that this item has been carried <br />over from the previous Council meeting. Mr. Neal and Mr. <br />Benjamin, Lino Lakes Commission Members and Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />the alternate have been requested to attend this evening to <br />discuss their feelings regarding continuing in their <br />position. An application from Lance Olson has also been <br />received for one of the positions. <br />Mr. Neal told the Council that he enjoys his position on the <br />Fire Commission and does plan to continue serving in this <br />capacity if he is elected to the Council on April 26th. He <br />would act as a Council liason to the Commission. He also <br />noted that this position consists of many more meetings than <br />then one Commission meeting a month. <br />PAGE 1 <br />1 <br />
