246 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 14, 1988 <br />Resolution No. 16 - 88 Ordering Preparation of Feasibility <br />Re.ort on Phase II Reshanau Lake Estates South - Mr. <br />Stahlberg explained that Mr. Uhde has requested this report <br />in writing and has submitted an escrow to cover the cost of <br />the report. In addition Mr. Uhde is aware an EAW is <br />required and has started to prepare the EAW for this phase. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 16 - 88. Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />PHASE II, RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the second phase of <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South and to assess the <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to Ronald Stahl - <br />ber for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary was as to whether the pro- <br />posed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connectiion <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 1 day of Mater 1988. <br />Benda <br />_ 11vv�Z <br />Mari yn'0.
