COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 14, 1988 <br />hereby abated. <br />2. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Resolution No. 13 - 88 Abating Assessment for 205 Ash Street <br />- Mrs. Anderson explained that there are two lots at this <br />address. One lot has the home and should have been assessed <br />for sewer and water. The second lot is vacant and should <br />have not been assessed. The assessment was placed on the <br />vacant lot. Mr. Bohjanen moved to adopt Resolution No. 13 - <br />88. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Charter Meeting, March 3, 1988 - Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that the Charter Commission had met on March 3, 1988 and <br />requested that the City advertise seven vacancies on that <br />Commission. Mr. Reinert said he will indicate that he <br />wishes to be re- appointed. Mr. Bisel moved to approve this <br />request. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Circulating Pines Progress Edition - Mr. Schumacher <br />explained the material received from the Circulating Pines <br />regarding the Progress Edition. The Council discussed <br />whether or not to be a part of this edition. Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to file this matter. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District Request for Task Force Members - <br />Mrs. Anderson has placed copies of the letter dated March 8, <br />1988 on the Council desk. This letter is requesting that <br />the Council appoint a Council Member and the City Planner to <br />the Task Force. Mr. Bohjanen moved to appoint Andy Neal and <br />Marilyn Elsenpeter to represent the Council as well as the <br />PAGE 19 <br />
