251 COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 14, 1988 Mr. Bisel moved to approve Mr. Schumachers recommendations in his memorandum of March 9, 1988.. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Bohjanen moved to extend the Council meeting until all business at hand is finished. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 1988, 1989 49ners Union Contract - Mr. Bisel moved to approve the contract as presented by the Administrator at the Council workshop this evening. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Resolution No. 12 - 88 Abating Assessments for 6808 Lakeview Drive - Mrs. Anderson explained that the residents on North Road did have the opportunity to not be assessed if they so desired. She had misunderstood the wishes of the residents at this address and assessed them although they did not want to be assessed. Mrs. Anderson talked to the City Engineer about this matter and he suggested the assessments be abated since this particular one is in litigation. Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 12 - 88. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 88 RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1988 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE INSTALLMENTS FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND 87 - 01 ON PARCEL DESCRIBED AS 19 - 31 -22 -33 -0031 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard and passes upon this abatement, and it is in the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes and the owner to abate the assessment des- cribed above on Improvement Project 87 - 01. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the 1988 installment, and all installments for future years for Special Assessment Fund No. 1463 on property described as PIN_19- 31 -22 -33 -0031 including any penalties and interest, if any, are PAGE 18
