Trunk area charges and <br />connection charges may also be assessed against the benefitted <br />properties. <br />. Water Lines <br />100% of the cost for new water lines will be be allocated and <br />assessed against the benefitted property. Trunk area charges and <br />connection charges may also be assessed against the benefitted <br />properties, <br />• Alleys <br />Construction and improvement of alleys, where required, shall be <br />100% assessed against the benefitted property. <br />• Frontage Road <br />Where a frontage road is required to serve an area, the total <br />cost of the road will be assessed against the total benefitted <br />area, which may include more than the property abutting the <br />frontage -road. <br />Street Lights <br />There is no assessment for City standard street lights in <br />existing developed'areas. <br />Street lights In newly developed plats will be in accordance with <br />City Code. <br />I. Public Property <br />Publicly owned (churches, schools, parks, etc.) shall be subject <br />to special assessment on the same basis as private property. <br />MUNICIPAL STATE -AiD STREETS <br />Certain streets within the City of Lino Lakes are designated as <br />Municipal State- Aid (MSA) streets and can be constructed utilizing MSA <br />funds.
