CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-07 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS — BIRCH STREET/HODGSON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, certain development proposals have identified the need to improve portions <br />of CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) and CSAH 10 (Birch Street) to accommodate their <br />additional traffic generation; and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) and CSAH 10 (Birch <br />Street) in accordance with Anoka County Highway Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA, shall perform such services; and <br />WHEREAS, Spirit Hills, Inc., Bruggeman Properties, LLC, and Anoka County have <br />agreed to split the costs of the plans and specifications <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Birch Street/Hodgson Road <br />improvements. <br />2. The City Engineer shall not commence such activities until receipt of a Petition and <br />Waiver Agreement has been received from Spirit Hills, Inc. and Bruggeman <br />Properties, LLC for costs of the improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of January, 2004. <br />Ann Blair,( ity Clerk <br />
