• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-10 <br />DANCE LICENSE FOR TRAPPER'S BAR AND GRILL <br />WHEREAS, Trapper's Bar and Grill has paid to the City of Lino Lakes the sum of <br />$200.00 for a dance license as required by the Ordinances of the City and complied with <br />all the requirements of said Ordinances necessary for obtaining this License, including <br />City Code Section 608, pertaining to public dances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the City Council, Trapper's Bar and Grill is hereby <br />licensed and authorized to conduct public dances at their establishment for the period <br />starting January 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2004 and renewing annually on July 1 <br />thereafter, subject to all the conditions and provisions of City Ordinances. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of January, 2004. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />
