Additional traffic scenarios were requested and are being developed, reviewed, and <br />discussed at this time. <br />2 Due to the absence of County, State, and Federal funds for the full reconstruction of the Lake Drive /I -35W <br />interchange, the City has proposed interim improvements to address forecast traffic needs. The City is <br />actively pursuing additional funds for interim and long -term improvements. <br />3 Recognizing the incompatibility between residential development and highways, the site plan has been <br />prepared to include commercial structures adjacent to I -35W and Lake Drive, while the majority of residential <br />units have been centrally located on the site. <br />
