CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-22 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE 2004 WEARING COURSE. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to place a final layer of bituminous in developments where the <br />majority of Tots have been built on; <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using assessments from the respective <br />subdivisions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />1 The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2004 Wearing Course. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9t day of February, 2004. <br />4L, <br />Ann J.
