City Council <br />Legacy at Woods Edge <br />March 8, 2004 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLAN/ PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for Development Stage Plan <br />Approval /Preliminary Plat in conjunction with a request for rezoning certain real estate <br />to Planned Unit Development. Said property is legally described as: <br />Exhibit A <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Development Stage Plan and Preliminary Plat approval request is <br />based on the following submittals: <br />1. Master Grading Plan, prepared by Hartford Group, Inc., received November 10, <br />2003. <br />5. Master Landscaping Plan, prepared by Hartford Group, Inc., dated February 6, <br />2004. <br />And the following plans prepared by the City's Engineering Consultant Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson, Inc.: <br />1.
