<br />PROJECT SUMMARY
<br />The Hartford Group, Inc., based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is requesting approvals to
<br />allow for the development of the property consistent with the Calthorpe Master Plan and
<br />Town Center Design Standards. In total, the Legacy at Woods Edge project is proposed
<br />to allow up to 348,000 square feet of office, retail, and service uses. In addition,
<br />approximately 450 multi - family residential units are proposed for the development. The
<br />residential units provide a variety of housing options and include townhomes, work force
<br />or income - qualifying rental housing, senior housing and for -sale condominiums.
<br />The Hartford Group as obtained purchase agreements with both the City owned land as
<br />well as the northern 29 acres of the site, which is privately owned.
