CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />EAGLE BROOK ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final <br />plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and <br />City ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Justins Preserve was approved with <br />Resolution 04 -17 by the City Council on March 8, 2004, with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Justins Preserve complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 04 -17 related to final plat approval have been <br />satisfied. <br />1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Lino Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Eagle Brook Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of May, 2004. <br />Joh J.
