MEETING DATE: May 24, 2004 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Resolution No. 04 -54 <br />Eagle Brook Addition Final Plat <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the Eagle Brook Addition preliminary plat on March <br />22th, 2004 (Resolution No. 04 -17). The applicants have requested approval of <br />the final plat. <br />The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The City Attorney has <br />completed review of the Title Commitment. The development agreement has <br />been completed and is being considered by the City Council on May 24, 2004. <br />All conditions of approval related to the Final Plat have been satisfied. <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the request at its May 12, 2004 regular <br />meeting. The board unanimously recommended approval of the application. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No 04 -54. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
