CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -51 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />JUSTINS PRESERVE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final <br />plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and <br />City ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Justins Preserve was approved with <br />Resolution 04 -02 by the City Council on March 8, 2004, with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Justins Preserve complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 04 -02 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Justins Preserve subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Lot 1, Block 1 of Justins Preserve shall be connected to the municipal <br />sanitary sewer and water system. <br />2. Partial Release of the power line easement shall be . recorded with the <br />Final Plat <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of May, 2004. <br />J. B rge • n, Mayor <br />
