MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />AGENDA ITEM 6B <br />Michael Grochala <br />May 24, 2004 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 04 -57 <br />Justins Preserve Final Plat <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the Justins Preserve preliminary plat on March 8th, <br />2004 (Resolution No. 04 -02). The applicants have requested approval of the <br />final plat. <br />The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. There is no development <br />agreement needed for this project as there are no public improvements required. <br />Approval of the final plat will be subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Lot 1, Block 1 of Justins Preserve shall be connected to the municipal <br />sanitary sewer and water system. <br />2. Partial release of the power line easement shall be recorded with the <br />Final Plat <br />Additionally, title information is pending for the property (lot 3) and shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the City Attorney prior to release of the plat. <br />All other conditions of preliminary plat approval have been satisfied. <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the request at its May 12, 2004 regular <br />meeting. The board unanimously recommended approval of the application. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 04 -57. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Resolution No. 04 -57 <br />2.
