The utility plan shall also show the specific locations of <br />individual valve boxes and their service termination points (between street and building). Individual <br />sanitary sewer and water services must also meet minimum separation distances. <br />10. In addition to the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, all utility work shall be performed in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM). <br />Water pipe and appurtenances shall meet the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes, and as follows: <br />Hydrants - Waterous Pacer WB -67; Valves - Mueller A2370 -20 or equal. DIP pipe shall be Class 52. All <br />sanitary sewer service pipes shall be SDR 26 or Schedule 40. The location and number of hydrants will <br />be subject to the review of the City Fire Chief. Safety and traffic control during construction must be <br />provided in accordance with the State of Minnesota Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices <br />(MUTCD). <br />11. Catch basin/manhole castings for the swale /turf areas must be specified, subject to the approval of the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />12. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permits from the Minnesota Department -of Health and <br />- the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the water and sanitary sewer installations as required. <br />113. All street restoration shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />• <br />
