Memo <br />Environmental <br />To: Jeff Smyser <br />From: Marty Asieson <br />CC: Michael Grochala <br />Date: June 1, 2004 <br />Re: Environmental Board Recommendations From 5/26/04 <br />The Environmental Board made the following recommendations at the May 26, 2004 <br />Marshan Townhomes 2 "d Addition <br />1. Ensure that the lighting plan conforms to the City code. <br />2. Make changes to the landscape plan species list as per December <br />Environmental Board recommendations: <br />• Change Black ash to Green ash or one of the native.oak species. <br />• Change Colorado spruce to white spruce. <br />• Change Austrian pine to Red or White pine. <br />• Change Autumn applause to Northern pin oak. <br />3. Reduce impervious parking surfaces if possible. <br />4. No soils should be imported or exported with out City permission. <br />5. Deep tilling should occur on all planting areas. <br />• <br />3rd <br />
