The following information <br />was provided for review: <br />Preliminary Site Development Plans dated September 8, 2014, revised October 14, 2014 <br />Grading and Erosion Control Plans dated September 8, 2014, revised October 14, 2014 <br />Drainage Report for Pre- and Post -Development dated September 8, 2014, revised <br />October 14, 2014 <br />General Comments: <br />The applicant will need to obtain a Rice Creek Watershed District permit as the project <br />creates more than 10,000 square feet of impervious surfaces. <br />Site Plan Comments: <br />After reviewing the above documents against the City of Lino Lakes site design standards, we <br />have the following comments: <br />1. Concrete Sidewalk: <br />The connection point to the existing sidewalk at Market Place Drive needs to be revised to <br />include a 4 foot boulevard from back of curb and a 6 foot concrete sidewalk per GEN-10 <br />plate of the City Standard Details (attached).
