City Council <br />Lake/I -35W Interchange Preliminary Design <br />• December 13, 2004 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -182 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE <br />I -35W /LAKE DRIVE INTERCHANGE <br />WHEREAS, improvements are proposed for Lake Drive (CSAH 23) and the I -35W <br />ramps as part of the Legacy at Woods Edge project; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to reconstruct the I -35W /Lake Drive <br />Interchange in conjunction with these improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that preparing the preliminary design of the interchange <br />improvements is the best way to increase the opportunities for state and federal funding <br />to complete the interchange improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County will participate in funding the preliminary design of the <br />interchange. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the City's Consulting Engineer, SEH, is hereby authorized to prepare the <br />preliminary design of the Lake Drive/1-35W Interchange. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of December 2004. <br />Ann Blair, C <br />• <br />Clerk <br />Joh J.
